AMALINK GLOBAL / FOR CORPORATES JP · EN

Working between Saudi Arabia and Japan, as practitioners.

We support corporate work at the interface between Saudi Arabia and Japan — for both Japanese enterprises entering the Kingdom and Saudi institutions accessing the Japanese market. This page is our corporate desk; it is operated separately from our editorial publication for individual investors.

01Services

Three practice areas

All three are information-organisation and execution-support engagements. We do not solicit financial products or broker real estate transactions.

01

Japan Market Partnership

For Saudi companies and institutions accessing the Japanese market: partner selection, meeting facilitation, and contract execution — including first-pass screening of Japanese counterparties.

  • Longlist development for candidate partners
  • Meeting facilitation and interpretation
  • Bilingual MoU and contract drafting
  • Continuous relationship management
02

Market-Entry Research

For Japanese enterprises entering Saudi Arabia: primary market, regulatory, tax, and location research — including coordination with local practitioners for MISA licensing and entity setup.

  • Primary demand-side market research
  • Relevant regulation (CMA, MISA, ZATCA, etc.)
  • Comparative tax and cost by entity type
  • Introductions to local counsel and tax advisors
03

Japanese IR / Document Production

Japanese-language IR materials, results presentations, and business overviews produced for Japanese investors and partners — reconstructed for Japanese IR practice, not simply translated.

  • IR decks (results, business overviews) rebuilt
  • Prospectuses and factbooks in Japanese
  • Press releases and Japanese media response
  • Information architecture for JP-language websites
