08  Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a fee to register?

Registration, review, and match introductions are all free. The only fee is a success fee (5% of deal value) charged when a contract or transaction is concluded via our introduction.

Am I guaranteed to be matched if I register?

No. Our team contacts you individually only when a counterpart with aligned conditions is identified. We do not guarantee a match, negotiation, or contract.

This follows the disclosure level you select at registration. If you choose "disclosed only after mutual interest," your company name is not shared until both parties express interest.

How long after registering will I hear back?

Our initial review is completed within five business days as a rule. Contact regarding a potential match candidate may take longer.

Can sole proprietors and startups register?

Yes, both corporations and sole proprietors may register. However, submissions falling under out-of-scope transactions (real estate brokerage, financial product solicitation, etc.) cannot be accepted.

Can I edit or delete my registration later?

Yes. Contact our team from the email address used at registration, and we will update or delete your submission.

Can I register in Japanese instead?
